    Canada & Mexico - US$165 + $35 shipping & handling.

    The World - US$200 + $45 shipping & handling

Standard shipping & handling charges are for packages under 5 pounds. Domestic return is via FedEx Ground Service or US Mail. International return is via US Mail.

Materials sent without shipping & handling fees will not be returned.
